Ben has 33 years’ of start-up, principal investment, corporate finance and capital markets experience.

He is a seasoned and strategic Board member and CFO with wide and current experience in establishing and running teams with responsibility for all aspects of finance. He has expertise in structuring complex financial deals following working for international investment banks as a senior banker in London, Hong Kong and Singapore. He has a strong understanding of international financial markets including equities, debt and derivatives. Ben has experience working with a wide variety of organisations spanning government, sovereign wealth funds, private equity funds, financial institutions, and international business.

In 2013, Ben co-founded an international oil and gas streaming and royalties investment business called FlowStream Commodities initially sourcing funding from Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) and a major Middle Eastern sovereign wealth fund. After co-founding FlowStream he acted as an executive Board member and as a Chief Financial Officer.
