I started my career as a bank cashier. Since then, I have worked in a variety of corporate and private portfolio roles within relationship-focused banks including Allied Irish Bank and Handelsbanken.

My career has seen me wear several different hats - but my favourite roles have been those that involve problem solving. I have an aptitude for keeping a level head and planning the correct way to resolve issues. I love cutting to the core of a problem, identifying solutions, and implementing efficiencies.

At Balance, my role as Operations Manager allows me to spend my time gladly continuing to wear many different hats – all whilst striving towards making things as seamless as possible for all stakeholders. At Balance, I get to work with a truly great team of individuals who are as equally bought in to our aspirations as I am.

Outside of work I enjoy trying to teach my 5 year old son how to play complex board games, attempting to grow veg in my garden and spending summer weekends at music festivals.
