Throughout my career I have held various senior positions in all three business lines, covering many geographies and working for an array of businesses ranging from AAA established corporate companies through to start-ups and closures.

My breadth of experience has provided me insight to the good, the bad, and the ugly. This knowledge allows me to ensure that at Balance we get things right from the get-go, striking the balance between creation and innovation and a solid risk strategy to ensure we remain on an even keel.

From winning first MLA role for a UK based corporate bank, successfully establishing a risk function for a new UK subsidiary of a major overseas bank to regaining regulatory confidence in a “flawed” entity and numerous full recoveries from work-out situations, I have had many high points in my professional journey. I am truly excited to be part of the Balance journey, and I am certain there will be many more high points on the horizon.

Outside of work I devote most of my time to my family and various home and garden renovation projects. I enjoy music (the heavier the better!), watching sports, and travelling the world.
