My career has spanned various Operations & Middle Office functions at Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan and RBS. Latterly I worked as a relationship manager in Private Banking, where I ran a large portfolio of HNW and UHNW clients. My love of building relationships and developing spreadsheets aligned.

I continually seek professional and personal development and I did not hesitate to leave my structured corporate career to join Balance as part of the founding team. The vision, determination and talent within the team is second to none and I feel incredibly lucky to work alongside them.

In my spare time I love dog walks in the countryside, competitive Padel matches with friends, or the occasional spa day to unwind.
