Monica brings over three decades of experience working within financial services and fintech. She was the Founder and Management Director of an FCA-regulated consumer lending fintech which pioneered the creation of the salary deducted lending market in the UK. She successfully scaled the business to over £100mln in lending across an addressable population of 3 million UK employees and 400+ UK corporates. Neyber was included in Sunday Times Tech Track 100 in 2019, KPMG’s list of top 50 established global Fintech companies, in 2018 & 2019.

Earlier in her career, Monica was Co-Head of the European Banks research team at Goldman Sachs during the 2008 banking crisis and the European sovereign crisis.

Monica was recognised by Forbes as one of the top female leaders in Fintech and included in Women in Fintech Power List by Innovate Finance UK. She is the recipient of the Chairman’s award for outstanding contribution to U.K. tech in the Diversity UK awards, and is listed as one of the Top 100 most influential BAME leaders in UK tech by the Financial Times & Inclusive Boards.

Monica has a BSc in Economics from London School of Economics & Postgraduate Diploma from the University of Law.
